Soft Rock Heroes
In the year 1970, four young musicians from the South Bay of Los Angeles, came together to create a new invigorating style of music. In it’s brief recording history, Ambrosia garnered 5 Grammy Nominations, 5 Hit Singles, Heavy FM Airplay and the admiration and respect of the musical community. All this was in addition to Sold Out concerts around the world.
Today, the band is more alive and compelling than ever. With three of the original members in tact Ambrosia is exploring new musical territory and continuing to wow life-long fans and new converts alike!

It’s been 10 years since his last US CD of new material, almost 30 years since his “Year of the Cat” single and album became unforgettable international hits, almost 40 years since his first album was released.
In the spellbinding tradition of his signature songs “Year of the Cat,” “Time Passages,” “On the Border,” and “Nostradamus,” among many others, Al’s latest musical short stories are both lyrically meaningful and insidiously catchy.
Player was formed in 1977 by Englishman Peter Beckett, who came to the United States after the demise of his popular English band Paladin. He was soon joined by J.C. Crowley, Ronn Moss and John Friesen. After many rehearsals and songwriting sessions, Player was born.
The group scored several US Hot 100 hits, three of which went into the Top 40; two of those single releases went Top 10- "Baby Come Back", "This Time I'm in It for Love",
